Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial closing activities and management reporting.
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Oversee external and internal audit activities.
• Coordinate tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and related compliance matters.
• Drive financial process improvements and support finance system initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Monitor accounts receivable, collections, credit limits, and overdue balances.
• Provide financial analysis, recommendations, and support to management.
• Lead, develop, and mentor finance team members.
• Identify operational issues proactively and implement solutions.
• Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.
• Support ad hoc finance projects and business initiatives as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, and controlling.
• Hands-on experience with month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
• Knowledge of taxation and transfer pricing principles.
• Experience working with ERP systems
