Description
- Be responsible for extracting financial and operational data from SAP and other systems.
- Be responsible for analyzing, validating, and transforming SAP data into meaningful financial reports and management information.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc SAP reports to support finance, operations, and management requirements.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights into variances, trends, and business performance.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with company deadlines.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepancies.
- Maintain master data and support data integrity within SAP.
- Collaborate with team members responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and other accounting sub-modules to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial information.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments including Operations, Sales, IT, HR, and Shared Service Centers.
- Respond to finance-related queries from internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by preparing necessary data and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and accounting processes.
- Handle confidential information in a professional and secure manner.
- Perform assigned tasks independently and take ownership of deliverables.
- Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role.
