  • Lead the Japan business with full P&L ownership, driving revenue growth while ensuring sustainable profitability
  • Define and execute the country-level commercial and marketing strategy, with a strong focus on performance, brand building, and customer engagement
  • Own the end-to-end growth strategy across online and offline channels, aligning local execution with global objectives
  • Expand offline presence (including wholesale and physical retail) while strengthening omnichannel capabilities
  • Develop and refine long-term market strategy, adapting global direction to local market dynamics
  • Drive operational excellence by leading cross-functional teams and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including strategic partners
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams across business development, marketing, and operations
  • Leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize both top-line performance and bottom-line profitability

Requirements

  • 7–15 years of experience in strategy consulting, growth, digital/performance marketing, e-commerce, or related fields, with strong leadership experience
  • Proven track record of scaling or accelerating business performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in both English and Japanese
  • Highly analytical and strategic, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and the ability to operate independently
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experienced in stakeholder management, negotiation, and team development
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, dynamic, and international environment
